More information about Morocco
Traveling to Morocco with B4Experience means immersing yourself in a land of contrasts: snow and sand, mountains and desert, tradition and hospitality.
Our itineraries combine trekking in the Atlas with Saharan adventure, offering a unique experience of nature and culture.
The ascent of Mount Toubkal (4,167 m) is the high point of the trip. From the Imlil valley (1,780 m), the route follows the Mizane valley up to the Toubkal Refuge (3,206 m), passing through Berber villages and the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch.
At dawn on the second day, the ascent of Toubkal begins: a demanding yet accessible route, with views stretching from Marrakech all the way to the Sahara. In winter, the mountain is covered in snow, turning the climb into a genuine alpine experience.
After the summit, the adventure continues south, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m) and the Dades Valley, with stops at the kasbahs of Aït Ben Haddou and the Todra Gorge, before heading into the Erg Chebbi dunes (Merzouga).
There, a camel caravan will take you to the Berber camp, where you’ll enjoy a traditional dinner beneath a sky filled with stars.
These programs combine mountain and desert in 3- to 6-day itineraries, with customizable options depending on your level and the days you have available. The package includes private transfers from Marrakech, local guides, muleteers, a cook and all meals during the trek, as well as full-board accommodation throughout the trip.
The best time to travel is all year round: from May to October for snow-free routes, and from November to April for those looking for a winter experience with crampons or ski touring.
Each trip is a full immersion into Berber culture, from high-mountain villages to desert camps under traditional haimas.
You’ll be able to sample the local cuisine —*tajine*, couscous, mint tea—, stay in traditional riads, and share the trail with the people who have inhabited the Atlas mountains for centuries.
Morocco invites you to walk between summits and dunes, to feel the calm of the Atlas and the energy of the desert.
An ideal destination for lovers of trekking, nature, and truly authentic experiences.
