4 trips available
Why Visit the Russian Federation?
Explore the Russian Federation and discover two opposing but equally fascinating worlds:
The Caucasus, where the majestic Mount Elbrus summit stands, and the distant Kamchatka, a wilderness of volcanoes, glaciers, and primitive landscapes.
In the Caucasus, ascend Elbrus (5,642 m), the highest summit in Europe and one of the planet's Seven Summits. An ideal expedition for those seeking their first five-thousander, combining moderate technique, progressive acclimatization, and the support of expert guides.
At the other extreme of the country, Kamchatka immerses you in the wildest wilderness: active volcanoes, lava fields, bears, thermal rivers, and black beaches bathed by the Pacific. A remote destination that combines adventure, trekking, rafting, and indigenous culture at the confines of the world.
Russia: from the summits of the Caucasus to the volcanoes of Kamchatka, an adventure between fire and ice.

Travelling to Russia with B4Experience is living two completely different adventures in the same country:
The conquest of Elbrus, the highest summit in Europe, and the wild exploration of Kamchatka, a wilderness of volcanoes and boundless nature.
Ascension to Mount Elbrus (5,642 m)
Mount Elbrus, in the Caucasus range, is one of the great icons of global mountaineering.
Its ascension via the south face is a demanding yet accessible experience, ideal for mountaineers in good physical condition who wish to reach their first major five-thousander.
During the preceding days, you will undertake acclimatization ascents on nearby peaks such as Cheget, sleep in high-altitude refuges, and prepare for the summit day with the support of certified local guides.
The final attack on Elbrus begins before dawn: a progressive glacier ascent that culminates at the highest summit of the continent, with panoramic views of the Caucasus, Georgia, and the Black Sea.
The program includes lodging, meals, transport, safety equipment, technical gear, and guides with a 1:4 ratio, ensuring safety and comfort.
The ideal season is from June to September, when conditions are stable and the snowpack is firm.
Furthermore, variants of greater challenge exist: the north route, the winter ascent, or the Elbrus–Kazbek traverse, all designed for those seeking an extra challenge in the high mountains.
Kamchatka: Land of Fire
t the eastern extreme of Russia, the Kamchatka Peninsula offers one of the planet's most striking landscapes: a volcanic, wild, and almost intact wilderness.
Our 14-day program traverses the main active volcanoes of the region—Tolbachik, Gorely, Avachinsky, and Koryaksky—combining trekking, rafting, thermal baths, and navigation along the Pacific coastline.
Every day you will trek into unreal scenarios: smoking craters, lava fields, glaciers, black beaches, and thermal rivers where you can bathe under the snow.
During the voyage, you will coexist with indigenous Koryak and Itelmen communities, learn about their way of life, and sample the local gastronomy based on fresh fish, caviar, and forest berries.
The lodging combines camps, refuges, and small hotels, and the transfers are made in 4x4 vehicles, helicopter, or boat, depending on the terrain and the conditions.
The local team takes care of all the logistics, cooking, and guiding each trekking day with personalized attention.
The best season to journey to Kamchatka is from June to September, when the days are long and the access to the volcanoes is open.
It is an ideal voyage for lovers of nature, photography, and expeditions with an exploratory spirit.
A double experience: From the Caucasus to the Pacific
The Russian Federation offers a unique combination of alpine challenges and natural explorations.
From Elbrus, the symbol of European mountaineering, to the volcanoes of Kamchatka, where the Earth still breathes fire, each voyage is designed to connect adventure, nature, and authenticity.
Russia awaits you with summits, volcanoes, and infinite horizons.
An experience that unites the ice of the Caucasus with the fire of the Pacific.
