Itinerary CLIMB EVEREST
We carry out an in-depth interview to assess your technical and physical level and to be able to adjust the best strategy based on your budget and availability.
We will validate this knowledge with a short 1 or 2 day activity in the Alps or the Pyrenees.
We will carry out a specific 3-day campus to learn all the technical knowledge necessary to climb an 8000m. Crossing crevasses, climbing fixed ropes, use of crampons and ice axe on icy terrain, managing clothing and footwear at very low temperatures, high altitude camps…
Together and based on the exact assessment we can make of your skills after the camp, we will propose a training plan and challenges and climbs to undertake so that you can arrive at the expedition with the greatest possible guarantees.
We will monitor your training weekly and all your activities monthly.
If we consider that you do not have the minimum level to safely face the expedition, we will propose previous activities to improve your physical, technical and mental level to face an eight-thousander.
Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon: we can visit the Swayambhu stupa (monkey temple), get lost in the streets of Thamel or have our first Dal bhat dinner (the most traditional dish of Nepali cuisine).
Free day in Kathmandu. To carry out the processing of permits and to be able to carry out the last purchases for the expedition.
Early morning transfer to the airport of Ramechap (4h car) for the flight to Lukla. The flight to Lukla is a unique experience in itself. The aerodrome is on a slope and the difference between the two ends of the runway is 60 meters. Trekking to Phakding with stunning green scenery with the view of Kusum. Kangraru.
We follow the Dudh Koshi, ascending through forests of Himalayan pine and cedar, to the celebrated village of Namche Bazaar. Namche village is a historic trading post where Nepalese and Tibetan traders exchange salt, dried meat and textiles. As well as being a splendid destination for buying traditional handicrafts, Namche remains the central trading post in the Khumbu attracting Himalayan and lowland traders. You will spend two days in Namche to acclimatize, visit local markets and spend time with your team. On the trek we caught our first glimpses of Everest and neighboring peaks.
The smooth and easy path takes us towards the view of Mount Everest, descending deep into the Dudh Koshi Valley at Pungki Thanka and from this point, ascending the right flank of the Dudh Koshi Valley to the Tengboche Monastery (3860m). It is the spiritual center of the Khumbu. The climb is long, but it’s more than made up for by the magnificent views of Mount Amadablam and, on a clear day, views of Mount Everest and its surrounding peaks.
Descend through a beautiful forest, cross Imja Khola and walk through the village of Pangboche (3900m); perhaps today is the most interesting trek because you will not lose altitude like other days and you will enjoy the views of Mount Amadablam, Mount Lhotse and other peaks; the route continues through pastures to Dingboche, known as the ‘valley of summer’.
This would be your second day of acclimatization which requires about 6 hours of walking at an altitude of 5100m. After breakfast, ascend Nagerjun (5100m)
Hike along a wide valley to Dughla, past the hiker’s aid post at Pheriche (4240m). This trail is run by Western volunteer doctors and is supported by the Himalayan Rescue Association, which provides treatment and consultation to trekkers. Continue up the valley, gaining altitude. We leave the valley to descend into the yak pastures of Lobuche.
After a short climb through meadows, look out over the Khumbu Glacier. Straight ahead is Kalapattar, the best vantage point to see the entire south face of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks.
After a couple of hours we will reach Gorekshep and continue our trek towards Everest Base Camp. There isn’t a lot of elevation gain but there is a lot of ups and downs and combined with the altitude it can be a strenuous hike but the trip is worth it. After approximately 3 hours of trekking, you will reach the base camp and enjoy a magnificent view of the Khumbu glacier and icefall, where Everest expeditions begin.
At base camp, we acclimatize to the altitude, preparing for higher camps. We also participate in a traditional prayer ceremony, seeking blessings and safety before the climb, as Mt. Everest, known locally as Chomolungma, is revered as the “Mother Goddess of the World.”
Training at base camp includes ladder practice, fixed-line walking, diagonal ascents and descents, traversing techniques, duck walking, flat-footing, and using essential gear like oxygen cylinders, ice axes, crampons, and walkie-talkies, while following safety instructions.
The party starts now!!
We will make different ascents and descents to the high camps to acclimatize correctly. When we have all the camps installed, we have a good acclimatization and we have a window of good weather, we will carry out the summit attack.
Easy walk along Imja Khola, a bit up to Tengboche, down Pungki Thanka and complete the climb up to Kyangjuma, and an easier trail up to Namche.
The trek continues along the Dudh Kosi river to the small mountain airstrip at Lukla, where you will take your flight back to Kathmandu.
Amazing 30 minute scenic flight back, and return to Kathmandu
Extra days in case of bad weather, etc. (Contingency)

TOUR DETAILS CLIMB EVEREST
THE TOP OF THE WORLD, MOUNT EVEREST (8,849mts.)
Mount Everest is an expedition for those who are looking for an extreme adventure and who have previously experienced mountaineering in the Himalayas. Even if in recent years its summit has been trivialized, an excellent level of experience in mountaineering is required and it is not suitable for anyone without the necessary determination and technical/physical qualities.
We will not carry out a basic Everest program, without guarantees and acting only as simple intermediaries with the companies that have the logistics of the base camps, high altitude and material in the place.
Our Director, Jordi Tosas, a mountaineer with more than 30 years of experience in the Himalayas, together with our entire team of multidisciplinary experts, will create a tailor-made, personal plan based on your experience to reach Everest with the best guarantees of success.
Everest has different ascent routes, the most famous being the Southeast from the Nepalese side, crossing the Khumbu glacier, going up the East wall of Lhotse and finally the Southeast ridge. The other less crowded option is the North Face from Tibet ascending from the Rongbuk Valley.
Our team has enough experience for preparation and advice to face either of the two paths with the greatest guarantee of success or even dream of larger projects through less explored routes.
OUR ENTIRE TEAM WILL CARRY OUT A TAILOR-MADE PLAN WITH ONE OBJECTIVE: TO REACH EVEREST WITH THE GREATEST SUMMIT OPTIONS.
This is a personal and private training and preparation plan for people who are clear about the challenge and costs involved in a project of such magnitude.
The best time to embark on an expedition to Mount Everest is from April to May. During this period, the weather conditions are optimal for climbing, with calmer winds, sunny days, and milder temperatures. The trail is particularly stunning in these months, offering breathtaking views of the towering massifs along the way. The landscape is alive with dense green forests, raging rivers, and streams, accompanied by the soothing sounds of birds and wildlife. The combination of favorable weather and natural beauty makes the journey to Everest even more remarkable during this season.
This is not just a regular climbing program, we elaborate a full strategy that can be multiyear to reach Mount Everest with the best guarantees for success and will include several training program and climbs to prepare yourself for the biggest challenge, climb to the Top of the World.
The costs of an Everest expedition can vary based on several factors, including group size, seasonal royalty and permit fees, the category of hotel accommodation, the number of Sherpas allocated, equipment needs, and the level of package customization. Because these factors can significantly influence the overall price, we prefer to discuss the details with our clients before providing a final cost estimate. For any information regarding your selected package, please feel free to contact B4Experience. We’re here to help you plan the perfect expedition.
We will check all the material together and in detail well in advance of the expedition.
Food:

Some of our Independent trips are designed differently and solo travelers on these itineraries must pay the single trip price.
