Physical and technical level:
You need a minimum level that allows you to do a mountain route of 1200m of elevation gain in one day. It is not a demanding route and days are interspersed with short walks to guarantee good acclimatization and good recovery from the days of trekking. During the route we can carry a small backpack with the things we will use during the day. The porters will transport our backpacks to the next lodge.
For those who always want more, we have several extensions to do during the afternoons to ascend to peaks close to our lodges from 3,600 to 5,100m.
Security:
As mountain professionals we not only seek the greatest enjoyment, but also the highest possible degree of safety during the activities. For this we will have personal safety and communication equipment and a sufficient first aid kit.
It is essential to have accident and rescue insurance that covers any incident (it is mandatory for all participants). If you don’t have one, we can manage it for you.
Material:
A list of materials will be provided to participants. Although it will be very similar to the material required to carry out activities in the middle mountains in the Pyrenees in winter.
Accommodation and Food:
The first and last night we will stay at the International Guest House hotel in Kathmandu. The other nights we will sleep in the different lodges that we will find along the way. We will eat in the same lodges and have lunch in other lodges that we will find along the way. It is not necessary to transport any food.
