Physical and technical level:
The Training Campus is intended for mountain skiers who want to progress and level up their technique. A level of parallel descent on black slopes and a technical level are necessary to ascend ski slopes without problem. The physical level must also be good. Participants must be used to training 5-6 days a week and have optimal cardiorespiratory capacity for the activity that will be carried out. If you are not sure if this is your place, do not hesitate to contact us and together we will evaluate it.
As mountain professionals we not only seek the greatest enjoyment, but also the highest possible degree of safety during the activities. For this we will have personal safety equipment, permanent communication and a sufficient first aid kit. It is essential to have insurance that covers these incidents and is mandatory for all participants.
A list of materials will be provided to participants. Although it will be very similar to the material required for an individual ski mountaineering competition.
Accommodation and Food:
We will be staying in a Chalet in Tignes Le Lac with rooms for 2 to 4 people. The menu will be designed by a nutritionist, adapted to the training program of the week. We will cook all meals in the Chalet, distributing tasks. If any of you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you have a preference for breakfast, you can take it with you.
